Shielded cable model in the FDTD method based on the thin oblique wire formalism
Résumé
We have recently introduced a new approach based on Holland's formalism to deal with the thin oblique wire in the FDTD method. The approach is versatile in use and allows us to simulate a very complex topology of cables in-situ. In this paper, we propose an original extension of the thin oblique wire formalism in order to handle shielded cables. Efficiency in memory occupation and in time consuming are other benefits of our approach.
